It's like a newsgroup, but operates via email. To read more about Email Discussions please read the Topica website - the company that make this forum possible for us.
The way it works:
To subscribe: Send a blank email to ostomy-subscribe@topica.com or enter your email address in the box below. You will be mailed by return to ask you to confirm your addition to the list. I recommend you join up with Topica first so that you can decide whether you want to receive the posts individually or if you want them all saved up and posted once a day in a "digest" format.
To unsubscribe: Send a blank email to ostomy-unsubscribe@topica.com
