#ostomyland mIRC Script
Here is a version of mIRC that I have especially configured and set up for the channel. If you have never used mIRC before then this is the version for you. Simply download, and click on the self-installing file. Open the "mirc_ostomyland_fefv62" folder now located on your C: Drive and click the mirc icon to start the program. For ease of use i recommend you shortcut this icon to your desktop (highlight it, right click, then choose "send to... => desktop (as shortcut)"
Once started the program will bring up the set up screen. Simply fill in where I've told you to fill in (ie real name, nickname, alternative nickname) then click on "Connect to IRC Server" button and you'll join the server and be taken straight to the room with no commands needed. Dead simple.

Please note: The Ostomyland IRC Script is created using Mirc v 6.2 - this is the latest and safest version at the time of writing (August 11th 2006). If you are using any version of Mirc before 6.13 then you really need to upgrade to the new version ASAP due to major security flaws found in previous versions. For more information on this security flaw please consult the help files on Mirc.com and it's user forums. Thanks.
