Hollister Complete Prescription Service
Please note: This service is only available for residents of the United Kingdom.
Before you get your prescription please phone Hollister on 0800 521377 or email them for a Hollister Complete information pack which contains a sample of the free wipes and disposal bags supplied, a stoma template, a customer registration card and a 1st class prepaid business envelope.
Hollister has made its prescription service so simple. In fact, once you get your info pack you are only three steps away from receiving your supplies, delivered by courier, direct to your home.
Step One: The next time your Doctor gives you a prescription for your products, complete the details on the back of the prescription and sign it.
Step two: Fill in the registration card and send it with your prescription to Hollister Limited in the Pre-paid envelope.
Step three: If you are exempt from prescription charges, it is especially important for you to tick the appropriate box on the registration card and include a copy, not the original, of the relevant document. -OR- alternatively, if you need to place an urgent order just call our Customers Service Department on Freephone 0800 521377 before posting your prescription and registration, and your product will be sent to you in receipt of your prescription .
That's all there is to it. Please ensure that you remember to re-order in plenty of time so that you will always have a two-weeks supply on hand.
Additionally, you may need a specialist flange cutting service to match the shape and size of your personal template. Or perhaps you would like some expert, confidential advice. That is where our team of experienced Customer advisors come in.
What's more, you will receive complimentary wipes and disposal bags as well as a washbag after we receive your first prescription. A wallet will be sent to you (on request) after your third prescription.
